LRI (Lead Rubber Isolator)
This is a base isolation device that has thin rubber sheets and steel sheets laminated in a circular form with a lead plug inserted in the center. CLB (Cross Linear Bearing)

FLR (Flat Lead plug Rubber) device device
This is a damping device that consists of laminated rubber sheets with a lead plug inserted in the center.The area that the lead plug occupies is larger than that of the lead plug in the LRI device.
