作業所を担当する技術者の長時間労働は慢性化しており、生産性の向上は喫緊の課題である。当社はこうした 状況を解決するため、スマートデバイスを活用したシステムを開発した。当初の目標である配筋写真整理及び配 筋検査システムの開発により一定の効果を確認した後、同じプラットフォームを使って、住戸内仕上げの検査シ ステム、配筋写真以外の写真撮影管理システムなどを開発した。現在一連のシステムを｢SMileSite」（スマイル サイト）と名付け、全店展開している。 キーワード: ICT、省力化、スマートデバイス、施工管理 |

Improving the productivity of construction industry is strongly required to reduce long working hours of experts on jobsite. To solve the problem, the authors developed the ICT system using smart devices. With the developed system, the effectiveness for works related to inspection of arrangement of reinforcement was proved. Furthermore, using the same platform, the authors also developed other systems such as for inspecting final process of dwelling construction and for management system to organize not only photos of arrangement of reinforcement but also ones related to the other work.
