PCa製品の検査における不良品出荷や工程遅延といった課題に対し、鋼製型枠の検査プロセスを写真撮影に置き換える新たな手法を導入し、その効果を検証した。撮影画像を用いた解析により、見過ごし・見落とし・計測ミスなどの人為的ミスを大幅に削減し、検査記録の自動保存によってトレーサビリティを向上させた。また、PCa工場と型枠製作会社間での相互確認が容易になり、不良品の出荷リスク低減と品質管理の信頼性向上が図られた。 キーワード : 鋼製型枠、写真解析、検査 |

To address precast concrete product related issues such as shipment of defective products and production process delays, a new automated steel formwork inspection system, which utilizes photographic imaging was introduced. The new method significantly reduced human errors such as oversights, omissions, and measurement inaccuracies. Additionally, automatic storage of inspection records enhanced traceability. This approach also facilitated mutual verification between PCa factories and formwork manufacturers, leading to a reduction in the risk of shipment of defective products and an improvement in the reliability of quality control.
